Every now and then, I come across a product that is so clever, that I add it to the bucket list of items I’d like to get, only to find the company doesn’t yet ship to Australia. GAH.
Despite the shipping issue, this case is definitely one to keep an eye out for when it does become available in Australia.
Prynt is a combined polaroid printer and phone case which literally turns your phone into a polaroid camera. The case can print any photo taken on your photo straight away. Prynt uses thermal technology to print your photo ink free, providing you use the Prynt paper.
Prynt can also print a video from your phone. A 5-6 second video can be printed into your photo, so when you place the app over the photo, the image will come to life.
The Prynt app has filters, stickers and frames to personalize your photos.
The case looks to be a lot of fun and you can definitely get creative with your photos.
Here’s a video that shows how to use the Prynt case.
The case can be used on iPhone 5 or 6 and the Galaxy S4 and S5.
Unfortunately Prynt will only ship to the UK and US and some European countries. The case costs US $149.99 and comes with 10 sheets of paper. More paper can be ordered for $25.
I will definitely be keeping my eyes and ears open for when this is available to order. Such a great way to keep on top of my photo folder. It’s sometimes worse than my inbox, overflowing with memories that need to be downloaded and printed!
What do you think of the Prynt concept? Would you order a Prynt case if it was available in Australia?
